executives are aware that THEY need to have solid practices in place to

Great News! The life evaluation rating for June 15, 2012
indicated that Americans' Life Evaluation ratings were edging higher,
i.e., more Americans were "thriving" and fewer were "struggling" in May
than have been since February of last year .

their lives highly enough to be considered thriving last month while
42.6% were considered struggling.
The impact of a higher Life
Evaluation rating on happiness and employee engagement could be
