you use statements like the following to articulate your value,

- How relevant is it, today?
- Does it align with my strengths, and
clearly describe what I excel at doing?
- How distinct is it … or would the
reader think to himself, ‘Who cares?’

Put yourself in the position of your boss, the owner of the
company, or a hiring manager. You have either 8 direct reports

or red socks. Through the research results, they found that 75%

store trying to decide about which would sell better, it would
