We create a collaborative, strategic partnership to reach your ‘big stretch’, targeted coaching goals.  Our coaching partnership is designed for you to get a crystal clear vision of these patterns, not complexity and confusion. 

As you know, it's often difficult to see patterns that block your success.   We sort through the clutter to find the best route, play out alternative scenarios, and evaluate accurately the potential obstacles. This forces you to filter and instinctively evaluate whether or not a particular action will help you move toward your goal with focus and passion. Those that don't are ignored.

You then make selections that are "on target" until you arrive at the chosen path – YOUR STRATEGY!

"Where are you headed?" — I ask this question during every coaching call to set a clear destination and define your goals. These goals then serve as your compass, helping you determine priorities and make the necessary corrections to get back on course.

This forces you to be efficient. When combined with patience and gratitude for the present, you see how delays, obstacles, and even tangents are puzzle pieces to your strategic plan!

When you start to wander down other avenues, I bring you back to your main road. I remind you that if something is not helping you move toward your destination, then it is most likely taking you off course.

Coaching Package/Services

Your Coaching Package includes coaching services and coaching calls, scheduled in advance each month and conducted via telephone.  Although other options are available, most clients select two 45-minute coaching calls / month.

Coaching Calls are customized to meet your current needs and goals and focus on your Field Work and stated Agenda, as outlined in your Prep Form that is submitted the day before our scheduled coaching call.

Coaching Services are based on minimum 6 month coaching engagement and include:

  • Recap Report sent within 48 hours following your coaching call.
  • Periodic phone calls or e-mail correspondence in-between scheduled calls to check in on issues and challenges when needed. 
  • Research, study, and provide reference resources relevant to your coaching goals/agenda; consistent accountability and ongoing review to ensure alignment of your progress with your desired goals.
  • Proven system to discover your ‘Unique Genius’ and build a powerful personal brand so that you stand out with authenticity and credibility AND build a lifestyle for sustainable success.
  • FREE access to Assessments on your Signature Strengths, Career Anchors, Interest Style, and Needs/Values with supporting Description Reports.  Each Assessment has a companion Coaching Exercise to help you apply / integrate the information from the Assessment and Description Report with your unique outcomes.  
  • Collaboration and guidance on format and edits to materials, such as your brand-driven resume, career related correspondence; walk / talk you through rewrites to brand-driven resume, as needed, so that the document is an effective and authentic marketing tool, written in your voice.
